What to expect
This 60 minute standing Tai Chi and Qi Gong class focuses on gentle, flowing movements to promote relaxation, balance, and energy flow. Think of this class as being a "moving meditation"—an 18-step Level 1 Yang-style Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice. Very effective for reducing stress and releasing tension, this class also enhances the Qi of the person to benefit the body, mind, and spirit.
A short break is included, with a water station available onsite. Please wear comfortable clothing, and enjoy a great temperature-controlled environment for a calm and refreshing experience. Perfect for all adults!
