You can choose between attending IN-PERSON chair yoga/aerobics classes OR joining our VIRTUAL online senior fitness program.

Choose the following virtual online program if you are unable to attend IN-PERSON classes. This online program involves senior fitness chair yoga, chair tai chi, and chair aerobics to watch and perform to achieve a low-intensity full body workout for strength and balance.
