Booking Policy
50% payment is required at the time of booking for all events. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to the event date. All event bookings made within a 7-day period of the event must be paid in full.
For all promotional offers, payment must be received in full on the day the booking is placed.

BYOB Policy
Renters of our venue are not permitted to promote alcoholic beverages served on-site, nor provide alcohol for events. Attendees of events must bring their own alcohol if they wish to drink--renters cannot distribute or sell alcohol to event attendees. This policy is grounds for event cancellation if this policy is violated.

Damages
The use of glitter and confetti is prohibited inside of the venue. 
Smoking of any kind is not permitted. We are a smoke free facility.
Any structural damages or missing store items must be compensated.

Security Deposit Policy
For every booking, we require that you provide a valid credit card to place on file in the event of unforeseen damages. Specifically, the hold covers incidentals such as damage to the room, cleaning service, and missing items. Depending on the damage, this credit card hold could be a charged for up to $250 unless the renter agrees to remedy the damages, or provide cleanup, before exiting the premises. All remedies must be coordinated with management before any changes are to be made to the venue in any form.

Cancellation-Refund Policy
Advance booking period is a 14+ day booking period.
Event cancellations requested no less than 29 days will receive 100% full deposit refund, or rescheduled.
Event cancellations requested within 14-28 days of the event will receive 50% of deposit refund, or rescheduled.
All cancellations requested within 8-13 days of the event will receive 25% of deposit refund, or rescheduled.
Security deposit is non-refundable for cancellations requested within 7 days of the event.


Event Scheduling Policy:
Scheduled date is not guaranteed until 50% of payment total has been received.
