The Choice Wellness Center was born out of a deeply personal journey of transformation. In 2009, Andrew Nolan, the founder of Choice Wellness, faced intense challenges marked by chronic stress, anxiety, and depression. Struggling to cope, a friend introduced Andrew to transcendental meditation, igniting a profound wellness journey.

Andrew explored various healing modalities, including sound healing, singing bowl meditations, yoga, and Christianity. His intimate relationship with Jesus Christ further strengthened his resolve and guided him towards healing and spiritual enlightenment. By 2017, Andrew had undergone a complete transformation and felt a compelling desire to share these powerful healing practices with others. Thus, the idea of Choice Wellness was born.

The Choice Wellness Center was established with a mission to provide a sanctuary where individuals can find inner peace, healing, and community support. We offer a variety of wellness services designed to uplift and nurture the mind, body, and emotional health of our members. From chair yoga classes for seniors to sound healing events, guided meditation classes, and online sessions, our goal is to create a space where everyone can become empowered on their journey of self-discovery and health.
